QUICK PEPPER STEAK 2 pounds venison steak cut into 1/4 to 1/2 - inch strips. 3-4 TBS oil or butter 1 large onion cut up 1 large green pepper 4 cups water 6 beef bouillon cubes 5 TBS cornstarch 5 cups cooked rice Meat tenderizer Tenderize meat with tenderizer. Cut into 1/2 - 1/4 strips. Brown in heavy skillet. Add water and bouillon cubes. Simmer 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Add onion and pepper (cut into thin strips). Cook over medium heat for 1/2 hour. Add cornstarch mixed with 3/4 cups water. Simmer until thick. Serve over rice with soy sauce to taste.
